Summary | The species is common in the southern part of Poland. It occurs in the environment of wet meadows. It is now not threatened but in future, intensification of agriculture may contribute to the deterioration of its biotopes, and the same to its decline. The maintenance of meadows in a state enabling the existence of this butterfly requires late mowing once a year and removal of brushwood. It is protected by law in Poland. | |
