| Summary | A rare species; at its northern distribution border in Poland it has very few localities, and only one of them (Stawska Góra near Chełm Lubelski) has recently been confirmed. Though the species is legally protected and its current site is in a nature reserve, the population is threatened by shrub succession, use of insecticides or herbicides in adjacent cultivated fields, and susceptible to random events. Preventing shrub succession is a recommended means of protection. | |
