| Summary | Mesogona acetosellae is a xerotermophilous species, whose occurrence is confined to thermophilous habitats of forest-steppe character, or thermophilous shrubs on slopes with limestone substratum. In Poland the occurrence of the species has only been confirmed at one locality. To enable the recolonization of southern Poland by M. acetosellae, conservation of its potential forest-steppe habitats is needed. | |
