| Summary | Neobisium polonicum is an extremely rare Eastern-Carpathian species, restricted in Poland to the few and far between localities in Beskid Niski Mts. and Bieszczady Mts. It lives in forests, in moss and grass, under rocks, in river and stream valleys. Threatened by its rare occurrence and fragility to habitat destruction. Not protected, yet some localities are situated in national parks. | |
