| Summary | It was known from a few isolated populations in northern and southern Poland. The most recent record was from the Białowieża National Park. No detailed information is available on its population size but the species may have been extinct in Poland. The destruction of habitat through drainage is the possible cause of its decline. Strict legal protection of the species is needed. | |
