Summary  A rare species, whose few localities in Poland are isolated from the main Arctic-Alpine range and located in the western part of the Tatra Mountains, within the Tatra National Park. The populations may be threatened by tourists wandering off tourist routes (treading paths through vegetation) and, indirectly, by atmospheric pollution. Protected by law.
